After training, studying, and looking for information to help her to grow and her business. She reached the point where she does not want to reserve all that acquired knowledge, on the contrary, to share it with women entrepreneurs. Women decide to take their business projects to the next level.
"Having full knowledge of all the procedures, studies obstacles. Sleepless nights that needed to start a business project, but not any business project, a BUSINESS that is sustainable in time that is the challenge."
She decides to give business talks based on her experience. She sees the needs of many women entrepreneurs in Costa Rica to take their projects to formality. Mrs. Sevilla starts to articulate with governmental entities that have witnessed the growth and determination she puts on her business.
Recently in one of the business talks, Mrs. Sevilla decided to give pieces of training with Government Institutions such as MEIC (Ministry of Economy Industry & Commerce of Costa Rica Parque la Libertad), INA (National Institute of Learning, Director of Pymes Cartago), Infocoop 4S Clubs, Women Associations and others, based on her business experience. Altogether, private and public entities, helping the women entrepreneurs with a business plan development by Mrs. Sevilla.
We know the importance of having a business plan to learn how to make the financial part of any business project. It is also vital how to use the technologies, and all this will give knowledge for professionally starting a business.
We gave the mentorship on this program for free to any group of women entrepreneurs organized in their communities and ready to learn.
In SB Café Los Santos Tarrazú, we feel obliged to share our business knowledge to develop sustainable economies in the region. In addition to women's empowerment in business issues, create profitable business projects with social commitment is one of the primary goals.
